1. Neither the petitioners have appeared in the matter since 2021, nor have they taken steps for service of the respondents, which demonstrates that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, that is why they are not causing appearance in the matter.
2. In view of this, the contempt proceedings are closed and the instant contempt petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to revive the same in the event grievances of the petitioners stands unaddressed.
