1. The application is filed by the District Judge -1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Khamaon, District Buldhana for extension of time to dispose of the Special Case No.95 of 2020 (State of Maharashtra Vs.Sanjay Damodhar Mandokar).
2. The matter is of 2020. The reason for seeking extension of time to dispose of the matter by the District Judge -1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Khamaon, District Buldhana is of non production of the accused and therefore, dates are given. Kavita

3. The applicant has approached before this Court as there is delay in trial and earlier bail application was rejected and liberty was granted to apply afresh, if the trial is not initiated. The District Judge -1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Khamaon, District Buldhana has requested for further four months time to dispose of the case. 3 As per request further four months time is granted to dispose of the Special Case No.95 of 2020.
4. District Judge -1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Khamaon, District Buldhana is directed to initiate the proceedings and, if the accused is not produced before the Court, record the evidence on video conferencing. Non production of accused for delay in the trial will not be considered.
5. Considering the nature of the crime, liberty is granted to the applicant to move before the trial Court for bail if, Special Case No.95 of 2020 is not disposed of within four months.
