THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION No.31797 OF 2025 ORDER:
1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the survey report, dated 26.04.2025 of the 7th respondent and seeks to set aside the same and also seeks further direction for conducting fresh survey.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.20475 of 2023 seeking a direction to respondents 6 and 7 to conduct a proper survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s land. The said writ petition was disposed of on 01.07.2025 on the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the survey was conducted on 23.04.2025 and that a copy of the report was handed over to the petitioner. Aggrieved by the said survey report, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would take appropriate steps before the concerned authority by invoking the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
