The instant review application has been filed contending that the construction of the petitioner existed over the acquired land before the notification under Section 3A of National Highways Act, 1956 and that it was also duly included in the award but at the time of drawing Naksha 11, some mistake has occurred on account of which name of the petitioner was omitted and, in his place, name of Madho son of Chhatar, his real brother, came to be mentioned and he has wrongly withdrawn the amount. 2. Madho was not party to the writ proceedings. Moreover, the dispute, in view of the submission made, would be that of apportionment. 3. We have already noted the stand of the competent authority that, in case, NHAI supplies any fresh report alongwith compensation, the competent authority would have no objection in releasing the amount. This, in our opinion, amply safeguards the interest of the petitioner. Thus, we find no error apparent on the face of the record, to warrant review of the main order. 4.
