Mr. Fazul Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner has not produced any document to substantiate his claim over the land. It is government land. In fairness, he submits, petitioner's application dated 9th April, 2025 will be duly dealt with. Respondent no.2 is directed to deal with petitioner's application dated 9th April, 2025. Copy of it along with certified copy of this order be communicated to said respondent.
