Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Chief Conservator of Forest for refund of his deposits and that the representation has been made on 02.06.2025 i.e. yesterday. 3. Hence, the Chief Conservator of Forest may consider the representation and dispose it of in 2025:UHC:4425-DB 2 accordance with law. 4. Learned counsels submit that, in view of the above order, the writ petition itself could be disposed of on similar terms. 5. The submission is placed on record. 6. The writ petition stands disposed of. In the event, the petitioner is not satisfied by the proceedings that may be issued on the representation, it is open for the petitioner to avail of such remedies as is permissible in the law. 7.
