Ms. Avin Kaur Sandhu, Advocate for respondents No.2 and 3-GMADA. **** SUDHIR SINGH J .(Oral) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the official respondents to decide the representations dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) and 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-4). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made representations dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) and 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) to the competent authority for redressal of his grievances, but no action has been taken thereon till date. Served with an advance copy of the petition, Ms. Arundhati Kulshreshtha, AAG, Punjab appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State, whereas and Ms. Avin Kaur Sandhu, Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3-GMADA and submit that the said representations shall be considered and decided by the competent authority, in accordance with law. 4. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 (competent authority), to look into the pending representations dated dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) and 09.04.2025 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5.
