Order on Board 14/02/2025
1. The present MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking modification in the order dated 20.11.2024 passed in FA No.192/2017.
2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in para 12 of the
order, Khasra No.214/3 has wrongly been mentioned instead of Khasra No.206/2, therefore, the said part of the order may kindly be modified.
3. On perusal of the order dated 20.11.2024 passed in FA No.192/2017, it appears that in para 12 of the said order, only the issues were mentioned, which were infact framed by the learned Trial Court and no order or decree with regard to Khasra No.214/3 in question has been passed and in the original record itself, Khasra No.214/3 has been mentioned, as such we are not inclined to entertain the present MCC.
4. Accordingly, the MCC is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved
3 in favour of the applicant to approach before the Trial Court or Revenue Court concerned, as the case may be, for redressal of his grievance. Sd/- Sd/- Rajani Dubey Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal Judge Judge
