Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Dwivedi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, payment for supplying manpower has not been made by respondents. His client provided manpower, who were paid their salaries/ wages in cash. There was purported objection issued by notices in respect of, inter alia, the cash payments. His client gave objection/ replies dated 5th April, 11th April and 17th April, 2025. There be direction issued for considering the replies and releasing the payments. 2. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, documents required have not been furnished by petitioner. 3. It does appear that petitioner has a claim. Requisitions were made on the claim by respondents. Petitioner has given aforesaid replies dated 5th April, 11th April and 17th April, 2025. His prayer is that the replies are good and payment is being avoided by not considering them. 4. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioner's replies dated 5th April, 11th April and 17th April, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copies of the replies to said respondent.
