This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not taking any action against the labourer's illegal strike abstaining the

production work of the petitioner company by not providing the police protection and by not recommending the Magistrate to impose u/s 144 Cr.P.0 in spite of the receipt of the Representations dated 24.06.2022 and 25.06.2022 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Fundamental Rights under Article 300-A of Constitution of India.”
2. None represented for the Petitioner.
3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the challenge in this petition is against the in action of the Police against the labourers’ illegal strike by abstaining the production work of the Petitioner-Company, in spite of the representation dated 24.06.2022. It is further submitted that, the relief sought in this petition has now become infructuous and hence, no further orders are required in this matter.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
