The prayer of the petitioner for transfer stood rejected on the ground that the petitioner is a single teacher in the subject. The same is impugned herein. 3. Learned advocate for the petitioner relies on the notification of the School Education Department, Secondary Branch being no. 09-SE/SE/S/IS-04/95(Pt III) dated 3rd January, 2022 wherein there is a provision for transfer of single teacher. 4. Prayer has been made to direct the School authority to take steps to decide the prayer of the petitioner in terms of the said notification. 5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to make fresh application before the School Managing Committee disclosing all facts. 6. In the event such a representation for transfer is made, then the same shall be considered by the School 2 Managing Committee in light of the above notification dated 3rd January, 2022. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
