ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action on the part of the Respondent No. 4 in calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and harassing her and abusing their authority based on an alleged complaint given by the Respondents No. 5 to 9, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Principles of Natural
Justice, consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 herein not to harass the Petitioner, not to call the Petitioner to the Police Station and force her into private settlement, in the interest of justice, and to pass…”
2. Heard Sri K.V.Aditya Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that, based on the complaint made by respondent No.5, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry, and no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far. He further submits that both parties informed the police that they would approach the elders to resolve their issue.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in the absence of any crime registered against him and to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
