This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) To issue a suitable order or direction for disposal of the application for interim visitation right dated 16.09.2024 (Annexure No. 4) pending in case No. 24 of 2023 (Harsh Pradhan Versus Diksha Rohra) pending in the court of Principal Judge family court District Varanasi well within a reason able time to which this Hon'ble court may be deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." It is contended that the application filed by the petitioner for visitation right is pending consideration in Case No.24 of 2023 before Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said application. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the sole respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi to decide the application filed for interim visitation right in Case No.24 of 2023, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
