Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not registering the case against the accused persons on the complaint dated 31.10.2025 made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the accused persons in crime No.142 of 2025, for the offences punishable under Section 318, 351 BNS on the file of Gurazala (T) Police Station, Palnadu District. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of. 6. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
