This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... to issue an order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus. (a) declaring the letter vide C.No.23/RI-DSW/DAR/ATP/2019 dated 28-06-2019 issued by the 5th respondent Superintendent of Police, Ananthapuramu by scaling down/reducing the number of security personnel to 1plus1 instead of 2 plus 2 cover provided to the petitioner, (b) thereafter removing the entire security cover provided to the petitioner and (c) Not taking any action on the representations dated 30-08-2019, 06-07-2022 and 10-10-2022 and 02-02-2023 as contrary to law, illegal, arbitrary, mala fide, contrary to G.O.Rt.No. 655 and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and (d) Consequently, to direct the respondents to restore the security cover of the petitioner to 2plus2 armed security as per the G.O Rt. No. 655 read with G.O. Rt. No. 1985 dated 23-11-2006, (c) To direct the respondents to implement the Point No. 13 of GO Rt. No. 655 dated 13-03-1997 read with G.O. Rt.
No. 1985 dated 23-11- 2006 in toto, that the PSO's given to the subjects shall be rotated once in six months, and to submit a detailed report to this Court, weather the Point No.13 is being implemented to all the subjects in Andhra Pradesh to whom security was provided, (I).”
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
