(2) State has filed this intra-court appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 18.12.2018, passed by a learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No. 3673 (S/S) of 2018. By the said judgment, State Authorities were directed to pay the minimum of pay scale to the respondent-petitioner within six months from the date of production of certified copy of the said judgment. (3) Mr. Anand Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent (writ petitioner), submits that since Hon’ble Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP filed against judgments rendered by coordinate Bench of this Court in similar appeals, therefore, this appeal also deserves to be dismissed in the light of the said judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He produced in the Court copy of the order dated 15.10.2024, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 7181-7317 of 2021, which is taken on record. Perusal of the said order reveals that the appeal filed by State of Uttarakhand against the judgment rendered by Division Bench of this Court was dismissed. (4) Mr. Pooran Singh Bisht, learned State Counsel, does not dispute the aforesaid submission, however, he submits that State Govt. proposes to file review application before the Supreme Court. (5) Since identical issue has been decided by coordinate Bench of this Court and the judgment rendered by coordinate Bench has been upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, therefore, this special appeal is also decided in terms of the judgment dated 12.6.2018, passed in Special Appeal No. 400/2018.
