Case No. 27/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj. 3. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Lalita Devi who died within seven years of her marriage in suspicious circumstances in her matrimonial home. 4. From the impugned order, it transpires that in the post-mortem report, cause of death of the deceased was kept pending. It further appears that from the F.S.L. Report, it transpires that no poison was detected in the Viscera of the deceased. 5. Mr. Gautam Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the deceased had died her natural death. 6. Mr. Azeemuddin, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sahibganj in connection with Mirzachouki P.S.
