GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent police to produce the CCTV footage of Kolimigundla P.S. AP limits from 22nd June, 2025 from 1.30 P.M to 4.00 P.M in Kolimigundla P.S surroundings, Tadipatri-Jammalamadugu 2 Junction, Kolimigundla dated (15.067051, 78.104941), Thimmanjanipeta Cross Roads, Kolimigundla (15.029234, 78.168020), Dalmiya Cement Factory, Jammalamadugu- Tadipatri Junction, Chinnakomerla, Mylavaram, Kadapa District (14.924484, 78.345302), Jammalamadugu-Tadipatri Road, Tadipatri Produttur Bypass at Jammalamadugu Town (14.873106, 78.369753) andJunction, Kanakadripalle in and around areas locations along with Google Co ordinates in order to prove the innocence of the petitioner that he didnt even go to the surroundings of house of the 4th respondent as the 4th respondent filed extortion case against the petitioner vide Crime No.93 of 2025 of P.S. Kolimigundla, Nandyal District dated 11.07.2025, Registered U/Sec.318(4), 333, 308(7), 115(2), 351(2) BNS.” 2. Heard Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have submitted a representation to the police to keep the CCTV footage and Google Coordinates to prove the innocence of the petitioner regarding Crime No.93 of 2025 of Kolimigundla Police Station. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received the representation of the petitioner during the course of investigation. After filing of the present petition, they have verified but the CCTV Footages are not available as requested by the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that the investigation in this matter is completed and the matter is pending before the Court for consideration. 3 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum. 6. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it does not preclude the petitioner to work out his remedies, if so advised before the Court where the matter is pending. There shall be no order as to costs.
