Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed against an order passed on 27.02.2025 by respondent No. 2 in proceedings under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
