Heard Mr.P.Prakash Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent the representation on 19.03.2025 and the same is yet to be considered. 4. The learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that the representation would be considered within a reasonable time. 5.
