1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow petition and quash criminal proceeding pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh in criminal case no. 10647/2019 (bearing parties Namita Bai Vs. Manmohan Bhardwaj and others) arising out of the complaint made by the complainant under section 12 read with section 18(F), 19 (3), (6), (7), (8), 20, 22, 23 of the Protect of women from Domestic Violation Act, 2005, in the interest of justice.”

From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of M.J.C Criminal Case No.1340/2021, it appears that the
3 said case has already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court vide order dated 14.03.2023. 3. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Sd/-
