ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2 to 4 in registering the crime on the complaint, dated 15-05-2023 submitted by petitioner against the respondent No.5 as arbitrary, illegal, abdication of the statutory duty cast on them and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No. 2 to 4 to register a crime against the respondents No.5 basing on the complaint, dated 06-05-2023 submitted by petitioner and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the.…”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the petitioner through the 3rd respondents, a case was registered in Cr.No.134 of 2023 under Section 324 of IPC in V.Kota (U) P.S., on 16.06.2023 against the 5th respondent. He would further submit that after due investigation, it has come to light that the contents of the complaint were false. The matter is referred as “false”.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. No costs.
