The impugned order dated 13.02.2025 would indicate that the petitioner’s premature release was rejected on certain grounds. One of the grounds was that of unsatisfactory jail conduct. 3. It appears that after the passing of the impugned order, sufficient time has lapsed and the case of the petitioner can further be reconsidered by the jail authorities in accordance with the available record and as per law. 4.
