1. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that as per instruction of the petitioner viz. Narendra Thakur @ Pankaj, he does not intend to proceed with the present petition. Such prayer is considered and allowed.
2. Learned advocate further submits that the petitioner has already been enlarged on statutory bail.
3. Hence, the present petition is dismissed being not pressed.
