Petitioner, by way of this petition, has sought a direction to the respondents to allow her to continue as 10+2 Lecturer on contractual basis at Higher Secondary School, Sinoo, Tehsil and District Doda, till a regular selection is made. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner was disengaged in year 2018-19 and is not presently working on an Academic Arrangement basis, in view of Government Order No. 221- Edu of 2019 dated 09.07.2019. 3. Today when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the present petition. 4.
