The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 22/2025 arising out of Mango P.S. Case No. 247/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1823/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the I.P.C., 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. 3. On 26.08.2023, at about 11:30 p.m., brother of the informant was murdered near Sagar’s Khatal. One Suraj Mahato who was present at the place of occurrence, has named the petitioner and other accused persons that they had committed murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Nishu that he has shot the deceased. It was further submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no allegation of overt act against him. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Shailesh Kr Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
