Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the cancellation of letter of intent by order dated 03.10.2022, the petitioner has been refunded the first installment and earnest money by the State- authorities which was deposited by the petitioner. 2. Since, the petitioner has accepted the earnest money and first installment deposited by him for execution of lease deed, therefore, we do not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 03.10.2022. 3. Accordingly, writ petition lacks merit and is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.
