He contends that the fifth respondent has furnished the details on 12.09.2022 to the office of the second respondent. The petitioner’s grievance is that there is no progress in the matter. Hence, he is before this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing respondent No.2 to consider the communication dated:12.09.2022 vide Annexures-N. HCGP submits that an appropriate order may be passed. 5. A Mandamus is ordered directing respondent No.2 to consider the communication dated:12.09.2022 vide Annexures-N in accordance with the law, within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order, if not already considered. 6.
