It is not out of place here to mention that the notification was issued as early as on 22.07.2025 inviting eligible candidates for submitting the application. The last date of submission of application was 29.07.2025 and further with late fee was fixed as 31.07.2025. The petitioner did not at all apply for admission under the category ‘C’ within the time schedule. 2 HCJ & RRR, J WP_30727_2025 3. Learned counsel for the respondent University states that similar petitions seeking a similar relief have since been dismissed. Reference in this regard is made to the order passed in WP.No.21757 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025. It is, however, stated that the petitioner would have a right of consideration for admission in the stray vacancy round for which there will be a notification issued by the University whereafter the petitioner can apply for consideration of the same. 4.
