Mr. Ashish Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the FIR in question has already been quashed by order dated 06.05.2026 in CRL.M.C. 2741/2026 [Ravinder Singh Bhandari and Ors. v. State NCT of Delhi and Ors.]. 3. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, as it has been rendered infructuous. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
