P BADRINATH 7. 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inordinate action of the respondents in not taking action against Respondent Nos. 10 to 13 and their staff/agents, despite of repeated representations made by the petitioner against the cyber bullying, torture and harassment through phone calls, messages and emails by the staff/agents of Respondent Nos. 10 to 13, as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and against the provisions of the Information Technology Act and against the guidelines laid down by the Reserve Bank of India, consequentially direct the official respondents herein to take action against Respondent Nos. 10 to 13 and their staff/agents with a further direction to stop harassing, torturing and abusing the petitioner through phone calls, messages, emails and other communication platforms by the staff/agents of Respondent Nos. 10 to 13” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the interim orders passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.07.2023 in W.P.No.14595 of 2022, no further orders are required in this matter. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
