ORAL ORDER

1. Learned AGA accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents.
3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to respondent authorities to consider his representation dated 23.06.2025 (Annexure-C), concerning the sound system equipment services rendered for a Government program conducted pursuant to the Government Order dated 04.03.2024.
4. The petitioner, proprietor of “M/s AG Sound,” states that he was engaged by Respondent No.2 to provide sound system services specifically, microphones and related audio equipment for the Government program

held on 12.03.2024. The event was organized to spread awareness about Government Guarantee Schemes. The petitioner claims that he completed the assigned work and spent money from his own resources to carry out the services.
5. Upon completion of the services, the petitioner submitted invoices dated 12.03.2024, for an amount of ₹.46,000/-. It is stated that the said bill was duly approved and sanctioned for payment by the competent authorities, i.e., Respondent Nos.1 and 2.
6. However, despite the petitioner making repeated representations and requests, the sanctioned amount has not been disbursed to him, causing financial difficulties for the petitioner.
7. The learned AGA, representing the State, submits that the petitioner’s representation will be

considered by the respondents, if sufficient time is granted.
8. In view of the above submissions and the materials placed on record, I pass the following:
ORDER i) The petition is allowed.
ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 23.06.2025 at Annexure-C and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
