In view of the above, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 05.02.2025 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions contained in the said order. In the event, the petitioner violates the conditions of the bail, the official respondent as well as the complainant shall be at liberty to lay a motion for cancellation of bail. 94 2 Bail App No. 286/2024 3.
