By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Hon'ble Court to the Respondent authorities to consider upon the complaints of the petitioner which pending since long with the respondent authorities, therefore he prays for a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/4) dated 20.08.2025. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending complaint, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and pending complaint dated 20.08.2025 will be considered in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider/decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2025 in accordance with law/rules/regulations as expeditiously as possible after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties. 5.
