Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter and petition may be closed. 4. For ready reference, interim order passed by this Court on 17.12.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021, is extracted hereunder:- “Therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to operate his bank account, however he shall not withdraw the money involved in this crime which is freezed by the Investigation Officer. The bank authorities concerned, are directed to permit the petitioner to operate his bank account and 4 withdraw his money, except the money involved in the crime, which is freezed by the Investigation Officer.” 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is closed. However, freezing of any disputed amount in this matter is subject to the result of Crime No.561 of 2021 on the file of ATP-I Town Police Station, Ananthapuramu. No costs.
