The petitioner, being the heir of the deceased employee, seeks for releasing the terminal benefits of her deceased father. 3. A detailed legal representation on behalf of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the respondents. 4. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 being the Audit Officer (e-pension) & Financial Controller & Chief Accounts Officer, Jalpaiguri Zilla Parishad to consider and dispose of the said representation by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 2 5. The admissible terminal dues in respect of the deceased employee shall be released in accordance with law without any further delay. 6. If required, an opportunity of hearing may be granted to the petitioner for production of all documents in support of her claim. 7. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation along with all support documents to the aforesaid respondent for consideration of the same. 8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities. ( Amrita Sinha, J.)
