Endowments Tribunal at Pedakakani. 2. No representation on behalf of the appellant(s). 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is observed from the docket order that on 05.11.2024, this Court was informed that learned counsel for the appellant is no more. Therefore, this Court ordered notice to the appellant through Registry. But the appellant refused to receive the notice, which amounts to deemed service of notice. Having received the notice, the appellant neither made any alternative arrangement nor prosecuted the matter in person. Hence, this Court posted the matter to 07.11.2025 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even though the matter is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. This shows that appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter. 3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
