This Court notes that when the matter was disposed of vide order dated 05th December, 2025, no such submission was made by the petitioner before this Court at that time. 4. The Order dated 05th December, 2025, passed by this Court is detailed and comprehensive. Additionally, no substantive ground is made out in the present application for waiver of the cost as imposed by this Court. The same is accordingly dismissed.
