2. Heard Sri VVN Narasimha, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the police seeking protection for his life and property, as he was granted a decree of permanent injunction in O.S.No.246 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Puttur, which was decreed in his favour. Against the said decree, the unofficial respondents preferred A.S.No.9 of 2013, which was dismissed, and thereafter filed S.A.No.522 of 2016, which was also dismissed. Despite the dismissal of the said appeals, the unofficial respondents are threatening the petitioner and attempting to dispossess him from the property, compelling him to approach the police seeking protection
for his life and property. Even thereafter, unofficial respondents are threatened the petitioner to dispossess from the property that is why they have submitted a representation to the police to give protection to safe their life and property.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that a crime in Cr.No.83 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025 for the offences under Sections 329(3), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS on the file of Narayanavanam Police Station, Tirupathi has been registered against the unofficial respondents and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
