DUVVADA POLICE STATION, VISAKHAPATNAM CITY, VISAKHAPATNAM DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the high-handed action of the respondents herein more particularly Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in continuously calling the petitioner to their police station without there being any cause and harassing the petitioner to settle down her civil disputes as illegal, arbitrary, unjust. unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 19, 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and further violative of the procedure contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, consequently direct the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 herein not to call the petitioner to their police station and further not to harass her and not to interfere in the civil disputes of the petitioner and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 herein not to call the petitioner to their police station and further not to interfere in the civil disputes of the petitioner pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the high-handed action of the respondents herein more particularly Respondent Nos.6 and 7 in continuously calling the petitioner to their police station without there being any cause and harassing the petitioner to settle down her civil disputes as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14, 19, 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and further violative of the procedure contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, consequently direct the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 herein not to call the petitioner to their police station and further not to harass her and not to interfere in the civil disputes of the petitioner and to pass.…”
2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
