2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation dated:17.05.2023 and 22.02.2024 vide Annexures-B and E.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several
contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the writ papers with care.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representations submitted by petitioner. Counsel for the respondents submits that an appropriate
order may be passed.
5. A Mandamus is ordered directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 17.05.2023 vide Annexure-B and respondent No.4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 22.02.2024 vide Annexure-E in accordance with the law, within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order, if not already considered.
6. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
