On 16.10.2025, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt case has been complied with. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions. 3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner feel that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
