ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of 3rd and 4thRespondent herein at the behest of the Respondents 5 to 8 in interfering with the civil dispute/issue between the Petitioner and the Respondent 5 to 8 herein as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 3rd and 4thRespondent herein not interfering with the civil issues between the Petitioners and the Respondents 5 to 8 herein in so far as the property measuring an extent of Ac.2.65 cents in Sy.No.150/2 situated in Vykuntapuram Village, Amaravati Mandal, Palnadu District, and pass.…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint made by respondent No.7, a case in Cr.No.256 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 137(2), 115(2), 119(1), 351(2) r/w 3(5) BNS. He would further submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents, except under due procedure of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
