Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (W.B.) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh. 3. On 29.04.2024 at about 9.30 p.m., tractor of the Informant was stolen by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons Raja Malhar and Sanicharwa Malhoriya have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (W.B.)
