The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Mridul Haque was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 16.05.2025 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Mukalmua P.S. Case No. 339/2024 and has submitted that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the interim bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 16.05.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos.
