There is no representation for the petitioner. 3. Sri Md. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the police received a complaint against the petitioner on 03.04.2021 from respondent No.4, alleging that the petitioner had collected money from one Y. Revathi and others with the promise of arranging jobs, but subsequently failed to do so. In order to inquire into the said allegations, the petitioner was called to the police station. He would further submit that the present petition has been filed merely to avoid police inquiry into the matter. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
