Senior Counsel representing the Respondent No.7 would submit that the Respondent No.7 is willing to match the price offered by Sri Abdul Kareem Shaik (Writ Petitioner No.1) which is a sum of Rs.31,00,000/-. The Respondent No.7, who had participated in the auction conducted by the Respondent No.3 had bidded initially for Rs. 19,37,500/-. However, on seeing the offer made by the Writ Petitioner No.1, the Respondent No.7 who is the successful bidder has agreed to match the said price. 3. Ld. Counsel for the Respondent No.7 submits that the Respondent No.7 had already deposited Rs.7,75,000/- and he would be willing to deposit remaining amount of Rs.23,25,000/- on or before 5 PM on
06.11.2025. 4. The Respondent No.7 has filed a sworn Affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper (non-judicial), duly notarized, stating that the said Respondent is ready to offer the amount offered by the Writ Petitioner No.1 i.e., Rs.31,00,000/- and had undertaken to deposit the balance amount. In this view of the matter, the sworn Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.7 is taken on record. 5. The Respondent No.7 is directed to deposit the balance amount of Rs.23,25,000/- on or before 5 Pm on 06.11.2025. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stahds
