The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 26.9.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 26701 of 2024. The order-sheet of the case annexed with the affidavit discloses that the restoration application filed by one of the parties in the aforesaid case has already been rejected by order dated 28.3.2025 finally deciding the case. The merits of the order dated 28.3.2025 are not to be considered by the Contempt Court in its jurisdiction under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The applicant may exercise other remedies available to him in law. The application is dismissed.
