The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal under Section 19(1) of the Panchayat Raj 2 Adhiniyam read with Section 5 of the Limitation Act before the Court of Additional Collector, Bemetara on 1-4-2025 and more than six months have already lapsed but the appeal has not been decided, therefore, a direction may be issued to the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal, in accordance with law. 2. State counsel has not opposed the aforesaid submission. 3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the parties, it is directed that the Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. 5.
