This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent no.2 to decide under section case no. 104/105 T202513380203780 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Rajab Ali Vs. Kamal Singh and others) expeditiously as early as possible." 3. This Court has no knowledge as to how many similar cases are pending before the authority concerned. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to issue any mandamus for disposal of the matter. 5. Since the writ petition is pending, it is expected that the same will be considered and decided by the competent authority in accordance with law. 6.
